This view shows the frame system of a typical snap tonneau cover. In this photo we needed to cut notches in the bedliner for the clamps only because we installed this cover on a truck with an over-the-rail bedliner. With under-rail bedliners this is not necessary.

Snap type covers are the least expensive quality cover you can buy. There is no drilling involved, because everything clamps on. The only significant issue with the snap cover is it's diffuculty in stretching and snapping-on in the cold weather,
