PLANTSCAPES VANS
From a business owner's point of view, there's nothing like a happy customer. And when happy customers buy in multiples, it's a very good thing! These vans will be used for delivery and maintenance of live plants in office buildings. The plants must be protected from conditions such as extreme cold and extreme heat, or being forced into a vehicle that is too small, resulting in damage.
Behind these plywood walls is a thorough placement of insulation. Under the black milk crate is an auxiliary heater unit that cranks out big-time heat, so the delicate plants will not be shocked and die during the winter months' delivery schedule.

Even the doors are insulated thoroughly. Just under the dome light is a smooth, white aluminum trim which covers a metal edge that could otherwise damage the cargo of tropical plants. The inside of the high-top is carpeted for insulation value.
Right above the front seats, there is a storage shelf which was created by the high-top installation. If you look closely, you can see metal tie-down rings mounted to the walls in many locations. This allows the plants to be tied off during transport to prevent damage caused by falling.
Here's a neat tip-out vent to help move some air and help reduce moisture buildup. We decided to make a small, inconspicuous rain flap for good measure.
